Walsi

Walsi is a semi-empirical, distance-independent and tree-centered stand simulation software. It has been developed for Wallonia and is hosted by the CAPSIS platform. The simulator is able to model the evolution of pure and mixed stands as well as regular and irregular silvicultural regimes. It can be used to simulate the evolution of 22 species and species categories found in Belgian forests. Here is a document that contains a guide for using it :https://hdl.handle.net/2268/305756
