Model for mixed stands of sessile oak (Quercus petraea) and Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris)

Description:

Oakpine1 is an individual based spatially eplicit model. Competition is described by local competition indices. The growth model is linked to spatial structure models based on point processes. If tree positions are not available, the spatial structure models can be launched at the initialization step to generate a map of the stand.
