Objectives
This module is dedicated to model reproductive isolation in wild guppies populations. Reproductive isolation is expected to rise from divergent selection on male's colour in wild population of guppies, due to a strong ecological contrast in natural environment (absence or presence of specialist predators). Additionnaly, females may express preference for colour in males, thus interacting with the expected pattern of reproductive isolation.
