Growth parameters

These two parameters are used to tune the Von Bertalanffy equation for individual growth. The model is described as follows:

L(t+1)=L(t)+L(t)a(1-L(t)/b)*c

where a is the growth coefficient, b is the maximum size, and c is a parameter that condition the growth to the reach order (fish grow slower in smaller order reaches).

L(t+1)=L(t)+L(t)*a*(1-L(t)/b)*c
