This extractor can provide a distribution plot of fish individual introgression level. Introgression level are determined using genotypic data, and ranges between 0 (pure Atlantic) and 1 (Pure Mediterranean).

Class width can be changed, and a minimal threshold can be applied.

Classes can be centered, and the plot can also be put in frequency diagram mode.

Finally, this extractor is groupable: you can use Fish Groupers on this extractor.

Note that if you used MedHatch object (deferred individualization of MedFish), fish that are younger than the individualization age do not appear in this plot.
