Capsis

The present interface provides a vision of the genetic values all along the genome, for each trait. The different colors represent the different traits, and the inner circle indicate a genetic value of 1. This calculation is derived from the average genetic values at each locus for each trait across the whole population. It is therefore a representation of the mean genome in the population at a given time step.
