Empirical fire effects
This is one of the “Fire effects” intervention type. The user should either specify spread rate or fire intensity, residence time, ambient temperature and wind speed and select the model to be used for crown damage, cambial damage and tree mortality assessment.
Observed and modeled fire effects can be visualized using the 3D viewer:
