Another usual way to create a Session is to directly create a Project: a Session will be auto-created to contain it.

A Session contains one or more Projects. Projects may be saved apart or all together by saving the Session. Re opening the Session reopens all the Projects inside, but it is still possible to re open one or more Project(s) independently.
